Thank you so much for the recommendation for the AC fellow. He was excellent, fast and very reasonable. My problem is fixed temporarily (for at least the summer) and I know what the longer term solution will be that I will do later I know how much it will be and what it will take to fix it. All in about an hour. He has my highest recommendation. Thanks again,
